Its weird though, I left at 6 today and no one else on my team was even remotely ready to go. Who ever covers payroll is gonna kill my leader though, interns arent supposed put on more than 40 hours a week.

It’s called “eating hours” we did it all the time at the unamed but extremely large professional services firm I worked for.
Oh, you worked a 70 hour week? Yeah but you should only bill 55 so we stay on budget.

I just got a stern talking to from our HR person today, because apparently working from 7am to 4 am isn’t “healthy”. Yet here I am, running a test at 11:30 at night as a co-op. Oh well, such is tier 1 life, at least they pay well.

Yeah, it will be interesting to see what the actual hours my team runs. I know the developers stay pretty late, but I’m not sure about the BA’s.

I actually work 40 hours a week. My father complained that this is old fashioned, and that 36 hours was considered a full time job nowadays. I just shook my head.
